Angela Seaton, PhD, BCBA

 

 

Dr. Angela Seaton, Founder and Owner, has been a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership with a focus on Exceptional Student Education, a Master of Education degree in Educational Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Seaton has worked extensively with children and adults facing disabilities and challenging behaviors across various settings and roles.

Dr. Seaton's expertise spans Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Law, Parent Training, Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related developmental disabilities. Her background in education, counseling, and behavior analysis enables her to offer comprehensive services aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life for her clients.

Tiffany serves as the Academic Coordinator at Square Pegs, where she leads the charge in shaping a strong, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment. With a deep understanding of curriculum design and classroom strategy, Tiffany supports teachers across all grade levels—ensuring that instruction is aligned, engaging, and tailored to the individual needs of every student.

In her role, Tiffany is responsible for developing and refining curriculum, guiding instructional practices, and implementing assessment strategies that promote growth and success. She works closely with educators to build effective classroom management systems and ensure consistency across academic programming. Her leadership helps ensure that Square Pegs remains a place where students not only learn, but thrive.

Tiffany brings a unique combination of creativity and structure to her work. Her passion for education and advocacy for students with diverse learning styles drives her to constantly seek new ways to improve instruction and support teacher development. She also plays a key role in managing academic communication with parents, coordinating school visits for prospective families, and overseeing time-off scheduling for teachers.

Outside the classroom, Tiffany’s humor and enthusiasm are infectious—making her a favorite among both staff and families. Her commitment to excellence, paired with her hands-on approach and strong leadership, makes her an essential part of the Square Pegs team.

Tristan Penland

Tristan Penland

 

Tristan is the Information Technology Manager at Square Pegs, where he ensures the security of student devices, maintains IT infrastructure, and supports smooth daily operations across all systems. His unique background and steady approach to problem-solving make him an essential part of our team.

Tristan’s professional journey began at Taylor Guitars, where he built custom instruments for artists like Taylor Swift, Jason Mraz, and Billie Eilish. He later transitioned into tech roles, working as a Field Service Technician for T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon, programming cell towers throughout the Midwest. Tristan also served as an Army Veteran and Correctional Officer for the State of Florida.

A lifelong tech enthusiast, he earned 1st place in high school web design competitions and placed 8th nationally. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his two dogs, Anakin and Obi-Wan, and has been playing guitar for over 12 years.

Whether he’s solving tech issues or keeping things running behind the scenes, Tristan brings reliability, skill, and a touch of wit to everything he does.
