Dr. Angela Seaton, Founder and Owner, has been a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership with a focus on Exceptional Student Education, a Master of Education degree in Educational Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Seaton has worked extensively with children and adults facing disabilities and challenging behaviors across various settings and roles.
Dr. Seaton's expertise spans Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Law, Parent Training, Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related developmental disabilities. Her background in education, counseling, and behavior analysis enables her to offer comprehensive services aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life for her clients.
Judith Fisher joins our team as the Administration Director. She brings over 25 years of diverse leadership and HR experience across multiple industries. As a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, Judith’s leadership, discipline, and adaptability are evident in her work. In her role, she has played a key part in organizing and streamlining our administrative processes, transitioning the department to a more digital structure, reducing reliance on paper, and improving efficiency. Judith's strong work ethic and attention to detail continue to drive our administrative success and strengthen our team.
Nichole Phipps joins our team as part of our Education Development and Grant team . A lifelong resident of Panama City, FL, Nichole attended elementary, middle, and high school here before graduating from Gulf Coast State College and the local Florida State University branch—GO NOLES! She holds a degree in Elementary Education, along with certifications in Middle Grades and Exceptional Student Education. Additionally, Nichole has endorsements in Reading, ESOL, and Gifted education.
Beyond her professional qualifications, Nichole is a dedicated wife and mother. Her family actively fosters children in the community and has adopted several kids who were previously in their care. When she’s not spending time with her personal fan club—her husband and children—Nichole enjoys horseback riding and rehabilitating squirrels.
We are excited to announce that Tiffany Wells will be joining our team as our new Curriculum Development Coordinator. In this role, Tiffany will focus on enhancing our educational programs by developing effective instructional strategies and providing support to educators. She will collaborate with teachers to implement best practices in curriculum design, assessment, and classroom management, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education tailored to their individual needs.
