Scholarship Information

  • Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) (Formerly known as the Mckay Scholarhsip)- "The  Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA) is different than other state scholarships in that it allows parents to personalize the education of their children with unique abilities by directing money toward a combination of programs and approved providers.   • Family Empowerment Scholarship for Victims of Bullying (FES-EO)- K-12 students who have reported an incident of harassment, hazing, bullying, robbery, sexual assault and more, may be eligible for a scholarship to attend a private school or a public school in a different school district. https://www.stepupforstudents.org/for-parents/hope/how-the-scholarship-works/
  • Scholarship for Struggling Readers- In 2018, Florida became the first state to offer an education savings account program for students enrolled in public schools. The New Worlds Reading Scholarship, administered by Step Up For Students, was created to help public school students in grades K-5 who struggle with reading. 
  • Florida Tax Credit-Income Base (FTC)- Get an average of $7,700 a year, per child for K-12 private school. New income eligiblity limits. https://www.stepupforstudents.org/scholarships/scholarships-for-private-school/
